Your profile
− Sound scientific knowledge in the respective field, especially in the context of
production management and logistics
− Outstanding scientific and teaching qualifications
− In-depth knowledge and experience regarding the concepts and methods of
business psychology
− Several years of (preferably international) professional experience with a focus on
analyzing transformation processes and their impact on people and companies
− A particular focus on transformation processes in consumption, work, and
digitalization
− A well-defined research profile, enabling cooperative research projects
− Strong language skills in German and English
− Additional language skills in French and/or another
world language are an advantage, as is proof of international
contacts and experience
Your tasks
− Teaching relevant courses in the Business Psychology degree program, as well as
in the areas of marketing and/or human resources
− Active participation in teaching the basics
− Dedicated participation in furthering the faculty and the university
− Organizational and academic responsibility for establishing the Business
Psychology program
− Willingness to cooperate and work in an interdisciplinary manner across different
fields of study
− Representing your subject area in teaching, research and academic development
− Offering English-language lectures
− On-site presence at the university in order to provide optimal support for students

Your qualifications (according to the Saarland Higher Education Act SHSG)
− A college degree in business psychology or a related field
− Teaching skills, generally verified by experience in teaching or training and by
participation in advanced and further training courses in higher education
didactics
− A special aptitude for scientific work, as demonstrated, as a rule, by the quality
of a doctorate, and
− Special achievements in the application or development of scientific knowledge
and methods gained during at least five years of professional practice, of which
at least three years must have been spent outside the higher education sector,
in a field corresponding to the subject being represented
