Your Responsibilities
- Assistwitheventlogisticsbefore,during,andafterevents,includingregistrations,roomsetupandon-site
support
- Support the communication with students regarding career events, workshops, company visits, and
careeropportunities
- Create and support on creating content for differentchannels like newsletters, emails, social media, and
internalcommunicationchannels
- Respondtostudentinquiriesandprovidesupportbeforeandafterevents
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme, ideally in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related
field
- Excellentorganisationalandtime-managementskillswithstrongattentiontodetail.
- Strongcommunicationandorganisationalskills
- Experiencewith Canvaorothergraphicdesigntoolsisaplus.
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsin English(Germanisanadvantage)
