Aufgaben

Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in psychology, preferably in work and organizational psychology or a closely related field
- Strong interest in research, particularly in career development
- Solid knowledge of quantitative empirical methods and statistics (including R or Mplus)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- A high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility, and independence
