Aufgaben
You are responsible for supporting the Chair with
- background research on issues pertaining to family law, medical law, legal gender studies, human rights and reproduction law and the finalisation of academic publication on top international legal journals and with international publishers
- depending on the start date of employment, on-site assistance during an international workshop leading to the publication of the Oxford Handbook on Families and the Law (21-23 June 2026)
- teaching-related tasks, eg preparing OLAT course pages and communication with students taking courses offered by the Chair
Anforderungen
- you hold or are about to complete an excellent bachelor’s degree in law.
- you have a strong interest in questions around family law, human rights law, legal gender studies and reproduction, and interdisciplinary approaches to law (or some of these fields).
- you are reliable, and eager to learn
- you are proficient in both German and English as scientific and working languages; additional linguistic skills, especially French and Italian, are an advantage.
